Eligibility

• The applicant should be a participant who presents an abstract accepted for E-Poster.
• The applicant must complete payment of registration fee and submit the E-Poster at IDEN 2023.

Young Investigator Award

We offer ‘Young Investigator Awards’ to encourage abstracts submission from young researchers.

Prize

Eligibility

* Applicants must be under the age of 40 (year of birth: 1983 or after).

• Applicants of accepted abstracts are eligible.
• Applicants must complete registration.
• Applicants must apply when clicking on ‘Young Investigator Awards’ while submitting an abstract.
• Applicants must submit a copy of their passport.
• The final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee.

Travel Grants

We are pleased to announce that the IDEN 2023 organizing committee will offer travel grants to overseas participants to encourage their active participation in this conference. For questions regarding travel grants, please contact the secretariat at info@iden.or.kr.

Grants

Eligibility

• Presenters of accepted abstracts are eligible.
• The presenter must complete payment of all applicable pre-registration fees.
• Overseas participants must reside outside of Korea. Overseas participants residing in Korea may not apply for the travel grant

Application Procedure

• The applicant must submit the following items to the secretariat (info@iden.or.kr):
  • Application form
  • Copy of passport
  • E-ticket receipt of the flight (after acceptance notification)
• The organizing committee will conduct the reviewing process and notify the awardees by email.
• Acceptance will be notified before the conference. Awardees will receive a cash prize at the conference venue.

Notifications

• The scientific committee will review and judge the abstracts.
• Awardees will be announced on the onsite board and via email individually during the conference.
• Awardees should receive the award price, certificate, and grants at the onsite secretariat. (It will not be transferred after conference.)
